He was the son of Frank Kuntz and Alma Winterroth (Buelow). He moved with his family from North Dakota to Portland, OR, in 1962. He attended the Portland Public School District in Portland, OR. Frank is survived by his daughter-Amy, and son-Nicholas, four sisters-Kaye, Sharon, Bonnie, and Julie, brother-Alan, and former wife-Aileen Yates. He is preceded in death by both his parents, baby sister-Georgia Ann, and his brother-Dale. Frank was a skilled concrete mason and was a member of the Cement Masons Union #555. Frank’s ashes will be scattered privately.
